We prioritise consciousness development in our heart-centred approach to governance and political leadership education by bringing together a diversity of voices to keep awakening the spiritual and scientific reality of oneness.

The SP Lab is the Research and Innovation Branch of the School of Conscious Politics, which serves as a Centre for Personal and Political Growth. As a research centre, we offer research to innovate trainings, and trainings to innovate research that support and promote social healing agendas and reconciliation locally and globally.

We are a learning community of researchers, educators and practitioners, coming from diverse and different walks of life who unite across generations, cultures, faiths, sectors (art, civil society, business, government, trade unions), and disciplines (art, natural science, social sciences, poetry, ancient wisdom traditions) to experiment with a new kind of leadership and politics for today and the future.
